1. Who we are
This policy describes how Art Gallery SP M. Koerich (the “Gallery”), located at Rua Tabapuã, 393 – Itaim Bibi, São Paulo/SP, 04533-011, Brazil, handles the personal data collected through this website, as data controller, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD). 2. Data we collect and why
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, phone/WhatsApp and the message you write. We use this data exclusively to respond to your request — such as information about artworks, scheduling a visit or general questions. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (art. 7, I, of the LGPD), given by checking the consent box before submitting.
3. Cookies and measurement tools
This website may use Google Analytics for audience measurement (pages visited, traffic source), with aggregated, statistical data. We also use Cloudflare services for security and content delivery (CDN), including Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects the form against automated submissions.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. Sharing is limited to the providers mentioned above (Google and Cloudflare), strictly for the purposes described, and to WhatsApp when you choose to start a conversation with us there — in which case WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.
5. Your rights as a data subject
Under the LGPD, you may request, at any time: access to the data we hold about you, correction of incomplete or outdated data, deletion of the data processed on the basis of your consent and the withdrawal of your consent. 6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or to the legislation. The date of the latest update will always be indicated at the top of this page.
